croquette (croquet) crab meat in white sauce (sauce béchamel)
mixed cooked crab meat with white sauce,rolled in wheat flour,eggs and breadcrumbs then deep fried until outside gets brown. When it is served hot, the inside melts. This version is called "cream korokke" It is often served with no sauce or tomato sauce.
Pilaf
Sticky rice should be soaked in water at least 30 minutes prior to cooking,which improves the texture of the cooked rice by containing enough water to increase expansion of the grains. Then fried in butter oil before cooking in water.
